Mend Toyoda EC21 RS2000 Sewing Machine Threading Needle

how can I fix my Toyota model EC21 series RS2000 sewing machine?

I keep threading my Toyoda model EC21 RS2000 Series sewing machine but each time I start to sew the thread comes out of the needle even though I have pulled the threat through a lot. I have tried different threads but it does not help. I am shortening curtains made from 85% Polyester/ 15% Polyamide

Check the tension dial on top. Too much will pull the thread out of needle, too loose, will give loose stiching
