Mend Hoover WMH147DF Washing Machine Spinning

Hoover WMH147DF washing machine excessive noise when spinning?

When our washing machine has a full load and is spin mode it makes excessive noise and vibration - sounds if the drum has excess movement, out of balance, and hitting the side of the washing machine.

Has anyone had the same problem or any ideas on how to fix it.
