how can i fix my hoover washing machine household?

Very very noisy while spinning hoover washing machine model W H D 9143 Z D.

Major repair and expensive unless you can DIY (And, from experience, it's a bugger of a job). Probably best to replace.

Noise will be the main bearings. Machine will have to be dismantled and tub seal & bearings replaced. Major job best left to a repair company unless you have the right tools, plenty of time and a good service manual to follow.
