Bosch Classix Tumble Drier Making Loud Noise?

My Bosch Classix 7 Vented Tumble Dryer is making a load clunk/bang then rattle when the drum turns.
Would like to be able to fix this myself but no idea where to start, except that I need to buy a star shaped key.
