Drum not turning?

My daughters Bosch classixx tumble dryer has stopped. The drum will not turn and the back gets hot. The drum turns if pushed manually(not recommended) so its not the belt. Please has anyone got any ideas. Desperate thanks.

If the drum will turn normally if given a helping hand to get started, I would say that it is probably a faulty start capacitor for the motor. Without it the motor does not have enough torque to get turning. Not sure where it will be located but usually mounted somewhere near the motor on most dryers.
