my bosch excel tumble dryer keeps leaving black marks on the clothes inside?

I seem to have fixed this on my machine. On the front of the inside of the machine there are some deep holes molded into the front cover, these had filled up with dark lint over time. It seems that once the lint builds up to the surface of the molding it can rub against the clothes and cause the marks. I got a vacuum cleaner with a brush fitting and a little stick and cleaned the holes out, I got heaps of lint out. So far - no more black marks.

I have the same problem have had the repair team out twice for service they say its because it is over used i think that's their way of covering there backs as i have dryers in the past which were used in the same way with no problem, is it just this company?

I have exactly the same problem so if anyone knows the solution it would be great to hear it. I did try the solution outlined but to no avail.

get a dry cloth (white) and rub between where the inner drum rubs and mounts on the front housing (little gap between the 2 parts)
