Accentra siren not working?

I have an accentra6 and the bell box siren isn't working or very very quiet.I have changed the batteries in both bell box and panel can anyone help please?

You need a test meter to check certain voltages.
Or change the bell, and if that does not work change the panel.
Could be cheaper to get someone in if you`re unable to use a test meter or not confident working near live electricity. As you will have to test transformer outputs also.
