Mend Accentra G3 Alarm System

Accentra G3?

We have just moved into a new house and have the above alarm system. When switched on the Tamper light stays on, I also have the power and day lights on as well.

Tried to change the passcode using 0123 as I do not have the number the people used before. Tried reset the keypad then locks me out and makes no noise.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do..

ok Lynn, first of all you will have to clear the tamper fault, then if you can get the old code its easy to change it if not you will have to default the code to 0123 then change it.
