my washing machine wont drain?

my hotpoint bwm129 washing machine wont pump out water after cycle, it has clothes and water in it and i cant get the door open
please help

drop the waste hose to floor level and let it drain by gravity into a basin this will allow you to open it , if it doesnt empty it has either a blockage in the sump or waste hoses or a pump blockage/obstruction which needs clearing
