General principle with any machine that has stopped like that is to turn off electric supply to machine, get a couple of bowls, unhook rubber drain pipe from waste tube, lower rubber tube into bowl at ground level to drain machine. (two bowls allows for time to empty them down sink). When machine is empty rehook pipe, turn dial to spin/drain and switch on electric supply. If you are lucky machine will restart. If it does then dont overload it again! if not call an engineer as it will most likely be the control. good luck.
