How can i restart my washing machine?

Bosch maxx classic 1000rpm.
Stopped mid cycle ,12 minutes left, mixed load. Just sat for 15 minutes with 12 minutes left to run, I pushed the start pause button with no response. I turned the dial off then back on and E 2 is lit up. I have turned off for 5 minutes, still E2 . I have rebalance the load, still E2.
What do I do next ?
