How can I unlock my machine to get water out?

Hi the simple way to drain any machine is to pull ur machine out remove hose and lay it down near floor the water will run out so long the end is lower than the water level in machine will need a bowl or bucket once it is empty , if your hose is connected to a connection under sink then u will see a hose clip on it un do this and pull through and continue as before u will then b able to unlock the door some machines have a tag u can pull from in side flap on front pump filter drain housing in front of machine its a little door at bottom of machine
