Mend Peugeot 306 Turn Inside Car

Not getting any air out of any outlet on my 306?

When I turn the heater/blower on in my 306 convertable I don't get any air out of any outlets to warm the inside of the car. I can feel the fan going round and hear it and the speed of the fan increases when the dial is turned, when you turn the selector dial to decide where the air goes it dosen't feel broken its just no air comes out anywhere ? HELP !!!!
