Mend Dimplex OFC2009Ti Wont Button Work

why won't reset button work on Dimplex OFC2009Ti radiator?

Radiator turning itself off and reset button won't work. Light stays on only if I hold the tiny reset button down manually. Managed to get radiator going again by toggling mode button - but what is going on?
