Unit had been in storeage for 18 months and prior to this it funtioned properly. On connecting to mains supply, the unit cut out within 30 seconds and in doing so 'blew' the mcb protecting the mains ring. No apparrent signs of damage to the unit or supply cable. What is the likely cause(s) of the problem?
