Mend GBC Ultima 65 Gbc Rollers

How do I remove the film rolls from the GBC Ultima 65?

I have trouble EVERY time taking the film rollers off and putting back on, especially on the bottom. Everyone in the office has been involved, and no one can figure it out. It just doesn't move over easily and pop out like the videos show. I don't want to call a service rep every time I need to change rolls. HELP!

Never mind -- I finally figured it out! Just in case someone is as dopey as I am, I'll answer it.

The mandrels are indented on the right hand side! This is NEVER mentioned in the manuals. You need to line the holes up with the thumbscrews before screwing them in. Duh! I was blindly screwing them in, not realizing there were indentations there. Makes all the difference!
