Mend GE WCV6260 Washing Machine Wont Drain Filter

How can I fix my GE washer model wcv6260? ?

The washing machine stops and the pause button blinks during the rinse part of the cycle. I have reset it by unplugging and plugging it back in and the machine makes a humming noise but will not drain. The filter was not clogged when I checked it. Any suggestions?

you have got a pump blockage, drain it by lowering drain hose to ground level, when fully drained remove pump and find what is obstructing it
