my washing machine wont empty WT960?

I have managed to drain the water from the machine but can anyone tell me where i find the filter

Sounds like your outlet pump could be blocked with stray coins/hairclips. Follow the outlet hose back to find it, remove hoses, remove debris, check pump spins by hand.
