Mend Miele C975 SC plus Dishwasher Drain Pump

How can I fix my Miele C975 SC plus dishwasher? ?

My machine seems to carry on working when i close the door although the machine is at the stop position. The machine is turned on with the green light flashing with no programme set.
I did have the inlet/drain light flashing and have cleaned the filters including the non return valve and around the drain pump.
Where the drain pump is situated looking at the machine, (and thinking of a clock face) at 35mins to the hour there is a small recess. There was a small sliver looking bar approxiamtely 10-15mm long about 5mm in diameter, during cleaning I accidently pushed this and it receeded into a whole that I am unable to reach.
Water is getting into the machine as I have dried the machine out and placed it on a programme. The "propellers" are turning aswell.
It runs for approximatley 10 minutes and then the inlet/drain light flashes again.
I have cleaned the machine time and time again with boiling water
I have now resorted to praying, Please help!!!!!!!!!

The part you pressed in is the NTC or temperature sensor. Water is leaking into the base of the machine and operating the anti flood device. This swtiches the drain pump on to prevent water getting on to the floor. You can pull the machine out and turn the water off and disconnect the electrics. Then tip the machine on its right hand side viewed from the front. Best to put some dust sheets down. As you start to tip the machine water will come out of the right hand side panel at the bottom. wait for this to stop then tip the machine all the way over on to its side. Remove the 4 screws on the base plate you should then be able to push the probe back in. Re-assemble when you start to pull the machine upright stop at about 45 degrees this will allow the water that has come out of the water intake to drain on to your dust sheet. Hope this helps?
