Mend Hoover Vision HD Dryer Hours Dry

my hoover vision hd tumble dryer ?

My dryer is leaking water and takes hours to dry clothes , the water tank is always empty and the water slowly leaks on the floor . It takes hours for a load to dry . Water tray valve has been replaced but makes no difference
