Mend GBC 4250 Fuse Worked Yesterday Today

gbc 4250 blows fuse?

i have a gbc 4250 laminator it heats up fine it worked yesterday today when i went to use it and turn on the motor it blows the one amp fuse under the circuit board on the right hand side any ideas what could cause this? is the motor bad?
