Mend Hyosung GV250 Keeps Cuts Out

my hyosung cruise 2 keeps starting then cuts out?

my hyosung cruise 2 keeps starting then cuts out i have charged the battery and cheaked all the points with a multi metre and it all seems to be ok but i went to ride it home last night from my uncles and got to the top of the road and cut out what could this be?

Is it starting & then cutting out after a short distance? It's unlikely to be an electrical issue as it would probably just start for a few seconds or not at all if it was. You'd also be getting backfires or blowing fuses, I need more info.
