Mend Help Bike Starts

can u help?

i have a mini moto dirt bike and its been sitting for around 3 years when i go to start it and when it starts the rear wheel will keeps moving and when i put it on the floor it cuts the bike out basically it wont tick over on its own with out the rear wheel moving any ideas ?

sounds like a seized clutch, engine case off to free it/replace it.
