Mend Zanussi Aquacycle 1400 XC Start Button Cleaned

zanussi aquacycle 1400 XC?

led for start button flashes, won't start.
Checked and cleaned out drain, pump and waste water pipe.
Put it in diagnostic mode, LEDs 2,4 and 8 (counting from the top) light up

My washing machine starts and srtops after 10 seconds, there is a little bit of water in the drum.
It will spin, but will only start washing for 10 seconds.

How do I know if its the pressure switch or the tube pressure switch
