Servis m3006 not working, green light blinking?

Hi there, I have a service m3006, the machine was filling up when the 3 lights above the buttons on the front of the machine started flickering, then the machine stopped. The power light is on on the right but the start button does nothing when pressed and a program is selected. When I turn the program dial round round to stop, the start button light will blink on and off. The machine allowed the door to be opened ( which was full of water ), I checked the filter and cleaned it etc, any help would be much apreciated.
