how can I fix my beko wma 520S please?

My washing machine is stuck with the start/pause/cancel and spin/end light illuminated. Managed to open the door and remove the soggy washing. Drained the water manually and checked the filters. Switched off and on. Tried to set if off again but now the door wont open and washer just keeps periodically making a noise for about 3 secs as if it is about to start doing something but nothing happens or changes. Tried different programme settings, switching on and off etc and still the same light are illuminated but nothing else happens. Any advice would be much appreciated.
