Hi tried the unplug for a few hours and door opened but still wont work , and door wont open again now , any ideas , thanks

unplug it, then try to open the door after 1 or two hours, thats if there is no water in the drum.

Hi been reading on here and it seems I need the reset code as I dont have the manual does anyone know what I need to do many thanks for any help
