How can I fix my Zanussi Refrigerator ZFC56L?

How can I fix my Zanussi Refrigerator ZFC56L?
Fridge will not cool at all, electric is coming through as interior light works. Just not cooling at all. Cant hear any noises to hear the machine is trying to run. Have tried to switch appliance on and off and moving the thermostat to different temperatures but still does not work. where is the thermostat?
