Mend Zanussi ZNB3440 Turn Appliance Water

Zanussi ZNB3440 evaporation tray?

Can the tray be removed to clean if I turn the appliance off and get into the back, or will I be able to sponge out the water. The water under the salad trays despite cleaning hole in back with the green gadget gets worse day be day and is driving my wife very cross. Have paper towels hanging about drying after use for future use. Thanks

you have a blockage in the tube that's goes down to the tray,push a long bit of wire down it,say a bit of 1.5 mains cable till you see it come out the bottom onto the tray
