Mend Water Shower Tap

There is only hot water coming out of my mixer shower ?

Ther is only hot water coming out of my mixer shower but, I have cold water for every cold fed tap!

The shower works via electric and has a single turning dial and a leaver that you can use to regulate the temperature.

I have tried all that I know but it still comes out hot!

Can anyone help ???
