Fridge Thermostat?

the wires from the rear of the fridge are green & yellow wihich i presume is earth, plus brown, blue & black, numbers on ther thermostat termainals are 4 6 3

My idea is that you call in a specialist repair engineer - use yellow pages for your area else the call-out charges will be excessive.

He will be able to look at what you've done and form an opinion.

Nobody here is likely to be able to help you with what wire attaches where - you do not uniquely identify your four wires.
But then again - you never know.

The expression "4no wires" confuses
