Mend Hoover TV30 Dryer Blowing

My Hoover Maxi 6...TV30 is not heating up! filter light is off?

My Dryer is blowing cold, the filter light is not on & is also clear, any ideas as to what this could be?

you probably have been stopping it while its working causing the stats to fail, they are located on top of the element inside rear panel of dryer
