Mend Hoover Condenser Dryer Blowing Air Only

hoover condenser dryer blowing cold air only?

my hoover dryer is only blowing cold air and isn't drying anything do you think it is the thermostat
it is two years old
the last dryer i had a new thermostat in, that one only lasted three months and went again is this likeley and is it better to get a new one
should i call hoover out to make sure thermostat is genuine and guaranteed to last
