Mend Hotpoint WM63 Washing Machine Drum Carbon Brushes

How can I fix my Hotpoint WM63?

The drum on my WM63 is intermittently struggling to go round during the cycle mostly at the beginning. It will spin normally at the end so am confused. Have already changed carbon brushes.
