This might work. Press menu, 4, 2, 9. Press the right or left navigation key and select either, depends what appears, 14 day guide or 8 day guide. Then switch off at the mains, wait for a minute, then switch on again and wait for it to reboot. See if that works. If not you will have to reset the box. Do the following:
Menu
4 (set up )
6 (help )
then press the green button.
To restore the factory settings, press the red button.

Note: By carrying out this operation, any recordings will be lost.
If you carry out this operation after say 11.00 am , then no downloads will be received tonight, as this is the time the epg download takes place.

If all this fails then it will be a psu fault. Very common failure on these boxes.
