Lorry keeps turning over but will not start, have changed fuel filters and lift pump, still will not start?

may be the stop solenoid on the pump ,or the wire going to it ..you can undo solenoid remove internal plunger and refit ...if it satrts then solenoid has failed ,though you will need to stall it to stop the engine
