Mend Ford 06 Mondeo Diesel Fuel

deisel car wont start?

used my mondeo diesel last week after using I hovered car out and then went to start it but with luck it has plenty of fuel wife put 75 quid in but it is just about turning over. is there a fuel cut off on a 06 mondeo or is there a way a switch may have been activated the cars aircon was on when I parked it could that have done something to it

Is the battery flat?.If it doesn't turn over fast enough it doesn't start.Doors open hoovering away means interior lights on/flat battery.just a thought.Charge battery or tow it or jump start it
