Mend Brookstone BP7240 Set Time Button

How can I fix a Brookstone trouser press?

My Brookstone troser press does not heat up any more. I can set the heat and time, press the start button and the light goes on - but the heating pad does not heat up. I took the press apart, the cables seem to be properly connected.
