Why whas my Indesit condensing tumble dryer stopped switching on?

Went to my machine and set the time dial and pressed the button to start it and nothing happened, there is usually a click when you press the on button and that didn't happen, there was just nothing like there was no power, has anybody any ideas?,
I have changed the fuse!
