Printer cartridge?

My Kodak All in one easyhare 5300 printer wont recognise NEW colour ink cartridge when I try to install it, the Black has installed OK but it wont allow the colour to be installed it gives a message of NOT RECOGNISED even though I have tried 2 new ones
