fuse blown wont start 04 traffic?

04 traffic 30 amp fuse in engine bay keeps blowing. also stop light on dash. van wont start

it is most likely to be the starter motor which is causing the fuse to blow,thats if the engine wont turn over at all when you turn the key,its a gear reduction starter on them and its common for them to short out and blow 1 or more fuses.
