How to change fuse on 07 transit tipper?

I have an 07 Ford Transit tipper on leese while our other truck is repaired. The radio dosen't work or the horn.
Ive looked everywhere for the fuse, cant find it... I've checked every fuse in the engine bay (right hand side next to battery + terminal) & they are all ok.
Looked behind the panel above the glove box (one with TRANST on it) not behind there either, all i found was a metal panel. Does any one know where i can find the little bugger????
