Mend Ford Mondeo Plate Front Passenger

mondeao 54 plate?

front windscreen defrost not working on half the screen? on the passenger side. driver side working fine.
Anyone know what to do?
I have checked the fuses in the engine bay and they seem to be fine( 2x 30amp and 1x3amp).
A big grey squire fuse is in the fuse compartment but i dont know how to check that one?

Hi, fuse 11 (30amp) is for L/Hand side, fuse 13 (30amp) is for R/hand side, fuse 15 (3amp) is for the idication on the switch, all in the fusebox by battery, if the 30amp fuses are OK, you will have to do a resistance check from fuse's 11 & 13 to earth to see if the screen has failed.
