94 vaux.frontera.diese,electric windows dont open,alarm not arming properly?

whilst trying to light some paper using the cig lighter,i must have shorted the fuse,as imediatly none of the windows would open and the radio stopped working to.so i checked all the fuses in the engine bay and found a blown 25amp fuse changed it ,then the alarm not setting properly and windows still dont open!!help!! the alarm/immobliser should disarm when unlock the door and turn ignition on,but after doing the the alarm goes off after 10secs
