Mend Honeywell Accenta G4 Seconds Wont Stay

external bell only sounds for 10 seconds and wont stay on?

We have installed a honeywell accenta g4 and when activated the external bell only sounds for 10 seconds even though the set up is for 20 mins the rearm is set up as 3 and the delay time is set up for 12. We have tested the bell and sensors and there does not appear to be a fault

Lee inside the bell box you will find a small black link, it will be set in the test position, just move it to hopefully the 15 mins cut off, proffesional bell boxes do not have a link, but i have seen boxes purchased from electrical wholesalers to have the link.
