When the lever preesed. the breads will not stays down, they pop right back?

I have a 2 slots Dualit toaster. its model no. is 2ng2us sku:25375. Whenever the lever is preesed, the breads pop right back-up. I think that magnet is shot. that magnet is mounted on that printed circuit board. Where can i get that p.c. board?

Check you power. If its not plugged in this happens. It may be that it needs a new fuse or whatever. I'm in UK so can't comment on other systems
