Mend Dualit 2+1 Combi Toaster Element

How do i repair my 2+1 Dualit combi toaster heating elements?

Only one side of the 3 toast slots has an element that will heat. How can i repair or get this repaired?

the above link will take you to the brochure and within that there are instructions to remove the base and undo the various bolts to the elements. You will need a very small spanner to undo the bolts.
