leyland daf45 130engine keeps throwing drive belts ?

the large 8pkx1224 drive belt is continually thrown and damaged within minutes of installation and getting very expensive now. only top branded parts used so not a manufacturing defect on the belt's part.

you need to check all pulleys for alignment.check alternator is secure and holes for fixing bolts not worn or elongated,i think there is also a small bracket from alt to front of cyl head,sometimes bolt can be missing,also check alt bearings for tightness/wear.make sure water pump and tensioner bearings/fixings are ok.
