Drive belt comes off?

Purchased used 33" Troy bilt mower, drive belt keeps coming off, I was told all belts were replaced, any suggestions?

Miss alignment, compacted grass under the deck, belt stretched, inadiqate belt tention,poor quaility belt, once a belt has rolled and come off it will continue to do so, replace belt with genuine spare part.
