My GBC Pinnacle 27 laminator does not heat?

My GBC Pinnacle 27 does not heat. It powers on but the heat shoes do not heat up at all. Any help??

the laminator has to fuses upper and lower roll. need to replace them ,order them from the factory

sometime the wire inside the heater breaks so make sure they are good.

sorry although I repair all brands of roll laminators for a living pinnacle machines are very rare around pittsburgh pa. if your reasonably close by say a couple hour drive i will give you a free look. most GBC roll machines have interlock switches that can turn off heat if not engaged. you could also buy a manual from GBC.
